Lisbon to open country
Private transfers, rooms ready on arrival, a property walk and dinner under the estate’s own rhythm.

One estate, many ways out
Base the group on one beautiful farm estate, layer in local work and food, then turn the final day into an orientation game across open country.
The simplest version operationally, without feeling simple. One strong property becomes the anchor, while the program moves between making, eating, walking and solving.
Alentejo estate · first night
No hotel hopping. The group settles, the luggage disappears and the estate becomes its own small world.

Private transfers, rooms ready on arrival, a property walk and dinner under the estate’s own rhythm.
Same estate · next 2 nights
This is shared activity without staged team-building. The work is real, local and easy to join.

Choose seasonal estate work, cooking, horseback riding or a guided landscape walk, then meet again over a long lunch.
A flexible mix of a short working session, producer visit, picnic or pool time. Evening celebration on the estate.
Alentejo back roads · departure
The final day creates stories quickly. Routes can reward observation, speed, creativity or collaboration.

Small teams leave by roadbook, collect local clues and return for a final lunch. Private transfers to Lisbon follow.
This format can host up to 24 guests when the selected estate has the required room mix or can be fully reserved. The core Stages range is usually 8–20 guests.
